From the Cincinnati Enquirer:
Wyler settles bias suit (http://news.enquirer.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070406/BIZ01/304060076/-1/all)
I believe Jeff Wyler was one of the board members instrumental to decision that led to Huggins' forced resignation. I tend to doubt that UC's other board members will have much to say on this matter. In today's overly litigious society, lawsuits like this one, right or wrong, are commonplace.

The fact is if the BOT is going to point to people's integrity etc. they need to look in the mirror themselves. Wyler is a sleazeball, everyone in the city knows it. Them settling has nothing to do with them protecting 1000's of people that work there, it totally has to do with protecting Wyler. Anyone that believes otherwise is nuts, this is not a case of one disgruntled employee complaining, it was an ONGOING issue with MANY in on the case against Wyler.
39 women do not get together and file an "overly litigious" case. I think that's a little insnesitive to their issue. I was in the auto business (Sweeney Jeep and Saturn) everyone in the business knows how Wyler runs his show, it wasn't a hidden thing, they bought their way out.
It's a disgrace he is on our board, and it's a disgrace Cox is on our board.
As is the hypocraisy of them all..

Cat, I do not agree with a lot of your posts but I also made a personal decision to never buy a car from any of Wyler's Dealerships.
