Tonight, I predict the come back game for dion dixon.. and all I know is, if it happens, then we could be dangerous with him and wright clicking and gates hopefully continuing his mean streak that we now know he has. A difference making performance by dion is what I call!
Also, I have seen it mentioned only once on here so far.. but 9 in 9 should be good enough, provided we do not lose to depaul or usf first round in the tourney. With wvu winning today a 9 in 9 uc team will most likely get the ten or 9 seed, maybe even the 11 seed. See, it all depends on who we pick up wins against, if we go 9 in 9 and our two wins are against lets say, prov tonight and uconn, then marq has a shot at getting the tie breaker over us potentially. But, if we beat marq and prov as our remaining games we might knock marq out and get the tenth seed in the big east in the process. Best case scinerio is to get three wins against prov marq and uconn so we can go 10 in 8 and get that tie breaker with uconn cuz the way it seems, cuse and wvu are going to get the 8 9 seeds. But second best case would to just beat marq and prov because that would give us seed over marq. See why i dont want our last two wins to be against just uconn and prov rather then marq and prov if it turns out that we only win two games? bc not beating both uconn and marq AND prov (considering uconn prob gets ten con wins either way) will force a situation where uconn gets 9 and marq gets seed tie breaker, then there is a small scinerio where the selection committee picks marq over us, but, winning vs uconn may lock us in if we win tonight anyways so it PROB does not matter, just a thought. This is all confusing I know, but its to show alot could happen!
