Louisville fans have put so much heat on Steve Kragthorpe he is apparently ready to bail out to SMU.

Seeing as how I work 5 miles from SMU, they would love to have him. However, this would be an incredibly huge career suicide mistake by Kragthorpe. SMU will NEVER be a contender of any sort based on the type of school it is (high brow - rich kid - religious - high academic bar). This, plus the past death penalty from way back when, makes this an impossible job. They have never recovered from that. The only way he takes this IMO is if he does the Tim Murphy thing and decides it's time to go home.
