I would be very surprised if Ralph was right..... Biggie is a no doubter and if you can not see that type of potential then I believe that your not crediable. Biggie is an athletic 7 footer who may not be done growing.... he is far from there now but no doubt he get there.

I think there is definitely room for doubt. Being tall and athletic means nothing if you don't develop, he will need a go to post up move, be able to hit a shot from at least 12 feet out, and rebound and block shots consistently. I know he is only a freshman but he should show signs of one of those things consistently right now, especially against the shorter teams he is matched up against so far.

Not saying for sure he won't be, just that with the way the foreign players come in now just being tall and athletic makes you one of many in a draft class.

I think Biggie and Wilks. Wilks impressed me at how athletic he is and once him and biggie have 2-3 years in the weight room and Mick CAN develop them then they definitely have a shot!

No way can judge the freshman on this team yet. After all, if you would have told me at this point in the season that Van Exel would have a long and successful NBA career, I would have called you crazy.

Besides, if "things can happen" for Ronald Allen, anything is possible. :)

Your right I am just looking to jump to disagree with Ralph. However he does have two of those qualities. He can block shots and hit a shot. I assumed like everyone else he couldnt shoot but he can. He still has a long way to go but he will get there.

I think Wilks has the best chance to make it to the league, but we definetley needs to put on some weight and improve his defense.

If I am missing something then my question becomes if he can-- why doesn't the team press. I am still hoping this team is better than they are playing. What's up with Sikes? He is one of big guys that can shoot out a zone and he doesn't play twenty minutes.

Wilks and McClain, but only if they improve dramatically. They should both be figuring on graduating first, and worry about the NBA second.
