Hicks always was one of my favorite Bearcats. If he was a little bit taller he would have had a great NBA career. The guy just had a ton of heart and not an ounce of quit in him. If only all past and future players played with his intensity we'd have a dynasty on our hands.

You have to love guys that don't have the typical measurements but make up for it in effort and toughness.

I agree, if he was 6'9" he would have been a great NBAer. He's in my top 10 of all time
favorite bearcats.
I wish him only the best.

Yup.....and I don't know if there are many other players I would rather have coming back to teach our young guys how to play. Guys who have to rely on their effort and intelligence and leverage and positioning. Also, happy to see that he is still able to make a good living (assuming good) in a game he seems to enjoy.
