For the St. X guys out there. Rob Schoenhoft is taking snaps at TE for OSU in bowl practice. IMO - he will either move there next year or transfer out.

He should have went to UC from the beginning! I don't see him coming here now w/ the # of QB's we are going to have in the mix. Too bad, he could have been a hometown hero. But I wish him all the best as a fellow GCL man.

I'd think (don't know) he'll remain a Buckeye.

Schoenhoft is currently a sophomore and the starting QB is a junior. So, in theory, Schoenhoft could become the starter at QB when he is a senior. Also, it is possible that Rob and the coaches came up with a way to get Rob on the field because they see an opportunity for him to make plays at the TE position. Regardless, I doubt that Rob will be transferrring.

Henton leaped Schoenhoft this year before his...um....incident. Henton will most likely jump him again. Also, OSU is the leader for the number 1 player in the country in Terrel Pryor who would most likley start ahead of Schoenhoft. And in a year I think Joe Bauserman will be ahead of him. He has never completed 50% of his passes at any level and did not look good this year for OSU.

Even if Rob were to transfer, it won't be to UC. I think we already have enough QBs on the roster and in the recruiting pipeline.

I don't think it would be to UC at all. I think it is much more likley he will try his hand at TE as he is a beast physically. Just started this for the interested in Cincinnati who seem to follow all of the HS players from their respective conferences.

Rob is the definition of a pocket QB. BK likes a the ability to throw on the run and RS does not posses that ability. Great arm, slower dirt.
