College football has moved kickoffs back to the 30 from the 35. That begs the question....can our kicker get the ball inside the 5? Is our return game (Goodman, etc.) good enough to take advantage of the new rule.

I don't know about our kicker on kickoffs, but I feel good about returns with Goodman. I also feel good with Huber punting. He may have a butterfly or two, but I expect him to be good.

I hope one of the kickoff and FG guys can be the guy.

I was told that Yingling put two in the endzone yesterday. One was 5 yards deep with 4.9 hangtime and the other was 2 yards deep. That'll work!!!

It's worth using up multiple scholarships to keep a kick-off guy and a field goal kicker if they have to if one guy can put it in the endzone every time. This will play a major impact in games this year.

I'm not sure about our kickoffs and how deep they will go, but if our return game is anything like last year than we are certainly good enough. Goodman was good at returning kicks, Derek Stewert was awesome at returning kicks. He seemed to always get us good field position when he had the chance to return from a good spot. We covered kicks pretty well last year in general...i think the rule will help us.
