Is what I hear true? UC to get new basketball jerseys again next year? If anyone knows a disign let me know..last year a teacher of mine saw that we would be getting the underarmor ones that Florida Cuse Arizona OSU and UConn and all those schools have right now..but idk if thats still a possibility. Could you imagine McClain in one of those things..or Belton?

If we get new Jerseys, they will be Adidas....and the "Cuse and osu unis are Nike.

I would'nt mind new ones though. Our Jumpman unis were some of the most copied and best looking I have ever seen. Our current ones are pretty run-o-the-mill.

adidas frequently switches up their jerseys for teams.

they don't have very many ORIGINAL "trademark" designs that have withstood the times like Dukes, Arizonas old ones, UNC's, etc. Personally, I think our current uni's are terrible, and that nike does a much better job than adidias with jerseys.

They do have UCLA and IU, but those were their uni's long before they had addidas as sponsors.

speaking of jerseys, is there any word on whether they play on bringing back the throwback jerseys.....I thought those were kind of nice...

UC will be getting new jerseys next season. They will be adidas and will be unique to Cincinnati. So the design will not reflect any other school in the conference or in basketball for that matter. The new design will be released in November...

I hate the current uni's. They look nothing like the old ones, or any other jersey we've ever had. Usually there is a progression of some sort with respect to the jerseys; ie, the first jordan jerseys had the very square panels, those were softened and the size changed a bit, then the new typeface was applied. There is an obvious progression there. I understand that we switched outfitters, but they could have come up with something better than what we have now...

Even on a good tv, I always have trouble seeing the numbers on the jersey when they wear red. Maybe it's just me.

As of the signing of the new Adidas deal, we were named one of their "promo" schools. I would be very surprised if we do not have redesigned and unique unis next B'ball season, as we will for F'ball.

I know I read somewhere we were getting new adidas jerseys. Something like the ones Logan and Kenyon wore would be sweet.

Our jerseys are so run-of-the-mill right now. The shorts are too busy to be effective, and the jerseys are just...meh. I'd like to see something simple, but eye-catching. The blocks down the sides of the jersey were perfect, IMO. I'd like to see something similar.

The Jordan Jump line, which we were one of a few select schools to get and then every team including HS starting starting sporting them...can we get those back? The black uni, black shoes and socks were pretty tight. Can we get Kenyon a medical redshirt just a NCAA run tourney too? :) I would like to see some new uniforms, the ones now seem kind of bland but i'm no DAAP grad either so what do I know?
