The game was announced a while back, but rosters were posted today.
Aronholt, Logan 6'3" Zanesville
Avery, Greg 6'2" Newark
Davenport, Mike 6'3" Cincinnati Moeller
Dummermuth, Eric 6'6" Dover
Eargle, Damien 6'7" Warren Harding
Frease, Kenny 6'11" Massillon
Gates, Yancy 6'9" Cincinnati Withrow
Hitchens, Anthony 5'10" Chillicothe
Hobbs, Taylor 6'4" Thomas Worthington
Johnson, Chris 6'4" Columbus Brookhaven
Moore, Devon 6'2" Columbus Northland
Morrow, Chris 6'7" Van Wert
Pritchard, Tom 6'7" Lakewood St. Edwards
Rudolph, Kyle 6'6" Cincinnati Elder
Spradlin, Drew 6'5" Wheelersburg
I think even I could coach this team and win some games. . . .
Also congrats to locals Kyle Rudolph (FB - TE, Notre Dame), Michael Davenport (undecided) and Corey Sorrell and Arrez Henderson for the KY team.
Side note - both Henderson and Rudolph played AAU basketball for Alex Meacham's Shining Star teams last summer.

With all due respect to Mr. Gates, this thread is about Bearcat basketball... not high school players..... what a joke that you closed the Cueto thread, absolutely stupid and ridiculous. What point does it serve to be such a pain in the butt about it?

These admins are the ones that put their money into supporting this website, they are the ones who created the website, and they are the ones who spend a lot of time supporting it.
****, if they wanted to kick everyone out, myself included, to only include a select few of their favorites, I wouldn't even have a problem with that because it is their website, not ours. We're lucky enough that they do this so we can have some good UC sports discussions.

Wow...the WORDS included in your 2 posts are ridiculous. Get your own site if thats how you feel...do you have the time and money for it? Honestly, I would tone down the attitude of your WORDS if you want them to be respected on this board. (Directly commented on the words, not the writer :D)
Gates and local HS Basketball is directly associated w/ the Cats, and while I am doing cartwheels over Cueto, he (except in Jon b's post) has nothing to do with UC.

Rudolph will be a stud at Notre Dame (IMO).....although it would have been nice had UC got him.

This is a site called bearcatnews.com not cincysports.com. There are other forums if you want to talk about Johnny Cueto and I am sure a lot of people are talking about him. Yancy may be in high school right now but he is signed and will be a Bearcat next year. Something tells me Cueto won't be a Bearcat any time soon.

It's not a Cincy sports site, it's a University of Cincinnati sports site. Is it that hard to figure out?
Seeing as your only contribution to the site so far has been the ignorant argument that Stephen Curry isn't good, I'm hoping you don't return to the site where you have a problem with the admin.
You're acting like you paid a bunch of money and the administration isn't catering to you. It's a free site. Quit ruining it with your bratty bitching.

No one is forcing you to post on this website. The fact that Mike and Keith take time from their busy lives and from their families to admin this site should be applauded, not criticized. For the vast majority of us who are UC fans and supporters, keep up the good work. I'm also not surprised to read this from someone who continued to post assinine comments about how overrated Steffon Curry is.

Cool, so now I realize this is a complete site full of people who need to get a life... my point is does it really affect anyone if someone posts something about something other than bearcat sports... get over it, life is too short to throw a fit over someone not mentioning UC... hence, get a life, there's more than UC in this world.

some things that make me bitter, and that was one of them, that comment made and the closure of the forum, just seemed out of line and borderline ridiculous to me, that's all

Who's throwing the fit? You're the one whining like a little brat because you didn't get your way. Please leave.

Gates has committed to play for UC, Johnny Cueto plays for the Reds. This is a UC Forum not a Reds forum. How hard is it to understand? Did you ever think there might be UC alums on here that are from out of town and dont care about the Reds? People come to this site to talk about UC athletics. What the **** dude, quit your complaining. Funny you said everyone needs to get a life when you one posting an argument that is simply ridiculous rather than post something informitive or to not even post at all.

Jason henry committed to play here too... where is he at? youre not a bearcat until you physically play a game on this team, with this schools rep, that's not always a given.

Jason Henry was discussed often on the forum when he was being recruited and when he signed with UC. He is no longer being recruited by UC.
