I really like Downey...Wish we still had him, and I certainly wish him the best down at South Carolina. I think his quickness is a nightmare for opposing guards. He does a great job creating for other players, and setting up the offense. He is certainly a pure PG, he really does not turn it over, and always looks strong with the basketball.

Downey should be one of the best guards in the SEC next year. I look forward to watching what he can do next year even though it won't be at UC.
