Very nice read. For future reference, Gates is not signed. He verbally committed to UC but cannot sign until Nov 2007 at the earliest.

uh oh - as i recall, some well known coach said something to the effect of: verbals mean nothing, it just tells us who the competition is"
I hope Yancy doesn't change his mind.
