John Riek takes the SAT's today. He could come back in late December and give this team a shot in the arm. Lets all say a small prayer that he can pass so we can watch him at some point next season.

That would be kinda funny. It'd be really easy to cheat to if you were that tall wouldn't it? (Not that I condone cheating or anything...)

If R fails this test, I think he can retake it soon and still get on the floor by January.

So if he doesn't pass then what? Is he on scholarship as what used to be a Prop 48 ineligible player or does he end up going back to prep school? If he can't pass for the athlete threshold he'll never pass for the general student body threshold.

Better yet did he sign on LOI so he can't reopen recruiting?

he did not sign a LOI and if he doesn't pass he will then take the ACT.

Since he is listed on the team's roster...doesn't this mean he has to be a student?
