To be honest with you, I am glad that he has not been as responsive as before. While he did bring up good points every once in a while, his pessism was getting annoying.

Very weird.....I have been thinking about this (not just Don missing, but all the others), but I didn't want to wake the beast. It is amazing how we hear nothing but "I love Mick, he's the best, he is a great recruiter" now.
