The family sections is in 108 and 109 right? If both of those sections sold out completely, that is pretty good. They should open up another section (if possible).

I predict that 2007 will be the biggest and best year for UC Football since 1949!
10-2 and a trip to the Gator Bowl.

I gotta love your optimism but a new offense and possibly a new QB don't spell 10-2. If it does I'll take it

On another board someone mentioned they were opening up sections 214 & 215 to expand the family section, correct me if i'm wrong.

New offense, yes, but most of the defense returns. It is a different system, but talent always finds a way to work. The defense will keep them in every game. If the offense can put up 20 per game, they should win most of their games.

Cincy Super Fan I agree with you 100%. I believe the key to a great season will be the defense and how effective the defense plays and if UC can stay relatively injury free. I believe the offense will continue to improve as the season goes on.

I don't know about that... UC was loaded for Dantonio's first season, but they fell flat on their face early in 2004. Hope this year's different, but...

BJ, they were loaded at QB and WR, but not really anywhere else. Didn't the defense give up a bunch of points that year?
I think the main reason I am so excited about this year is that the defense should be very good. If the defense can keep us in most games, the offense should be good enough (if not interesting enough to watch) to win some.
10-2 is a reach, although I would love it. I would take 8+1(bowl game) wins and still be very happy. I would just rather go to Jacksonville this year than Toronto (and I liked Toronto!)

I am new to the forum. First time, long time. I have always been amazed at the attendance at Nippert. There is no better bargain in town and I hope it is finally catching on. I think UC is moving in the right direction. I just hope it contiunues.
