New Bearcat Fan!!!

My wife and I moved to the area in the last year and I am a huge college football fan. I love my ND Irish but getting tickets to one of their games is near impossible. It blows my mind that more people in this area dont go out to the UC games. I ordered season tickets last week and cant wait to go pick out my seats. With Oregon State, Louisville and WVU on the home schedule the low price for the tickets is definately worth it. Now I just have to start doing my homework to become familiar with the players names and the new coaches stratagies.

Go Bearcats!! It is nice being able to root for a team that has actually won a bowl game in the last 10 years, I love my irish but they have struggled to get those bowl game wins.

If you've been tailgating at a ND game don't come to a UC game expecting the same type atmosphere or you'll be let down. Don't get me wrong, UC is getting better with it's pregame but it still pales in comparison to most of the elite BCS programs. What you will enjoy thou is the stadium. The stadium is small which means every seat is good and has great sight lines and the in-stadium beer sales is a major bonus. As much as the pregame atmosphere is lacking, it's made up for in the stadium. I've been to many many pro and college stadiums and I haven't found one I like better than UC's.
