Assuming that the game line-up (http://frontier.cincinnati.com/blogs/preps/2007/07/herbstreit-update.asp) listed on the High School Sports blog (http://frontier.cincinnati.com/blogs/preps/) holds up, there is going to be a wealth of very talented high school football teams playing at Nippert Stadium on September 1 and 2.

This should give Coach Kelly and his staff a nice upper hand recruiting-wise with a number of top flight high school football teams locally and nationwide.

ESPN really wanted the Hoover game, but Alabama wouldn't allow the game on Sunday so it is on Saturday (vs Colerain). Probably bad for everyone involved except St X and Dematha, but it is a good opertunity for 2 Ohio schools to get the publicity (assuming that Hoover is on two-a-day's again this year.
