Brandon Underwood to transfer from OSU to UC

According to this blog post (http://frontier.cincinnati.com/blogs/cincybearcats/2007/07/brandon-underwood-to-uc.asp), Brandon Underwood will transfer to UC. He must sit out this season.

That is GREAT to here. Especially him talking about how much UC is committed to the Football program. I hope that is emphasized in the article..... It only shows you that UC Football is on the rise. We may not make a BCS bowl this year, maybe we will, but we WILL see it in the near future. The talent level is just going to be getting better and better.

How great is this pick up? Not to be negative, but a one year player who couldn't play much at OSU and was hurt his entire Sophmore season? He may be able to get a 2nd year due to medical conditions, but I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere. He was a 3 star recruit that didn't progress at OSU. From what was also mentioned he still has to compete for a scholorship.

Your right Shaun, about how great is him coming here, since he was not but a 3 star recruit, I should've said it was great that UC was getting kids from that other school up north. Is he a great player, I don't know, but it was great to here about how he came to his decision.
