I just called UC, talked to Mick Cronin, and asked him if he was recruiting anyone secretly or publicly or even recruiting anyone, and he denied recruiting anyone.

I told him I appreciated his candor and the job he is doing.

So there ya have it. :D ;)

Well, then it must be true. The class is all set with only Kilpatrick coming in. Because we all know that a coach would be completely honest when discussing who, when, and where they were recruiting.

no got mixed up with another website... there is the bleacher report and another website just like it that posts false things using almost the same URL but couldnt remember wat it was exactly so i didnt wanna bash a pretty accurate website

On a serious note, is it just me or does anyone else wonder if UC will ever get back to the level it was at during the Huggins' era? I miss what we had. I know it currently is a work in progress but you can't help but to wonder when Mic will reach his peak as far as his maxium ability to rebuild the program. I sure hope he gets some big time help in a few days. In my opinion, our recruiting overall just hasn't been good enough by Big East standards.

This response should raise concerns among those who trust this source of information.

Mick would never lie about who he's a recruiting because it would be an NCAA violation if he even talked about who he's recruiting. Even I know this, and I have no sources. :rolleyes:

UC would have finished 2nd or 3rd in CUSA this year. Even Huggs finished mid-pack of Big East this year, and he didn't have to rebuild a program.

This article says that Lance is going to Syracuse. I dont know how truthful that is but i was under the impression Syracuse wasnt even in the picture.

^^That's not what the article says, it mentions Brandon Trice as going to Syracuse. He is co-player with Stephenson.

Actually it says that Brandon Triche was co Mr Basketball with Lance. ;)

Recruiting is cut throat. If I was Mick I would keep my mouth shut. Anyway the 15th is a bad day. Tax Day!
