Great Enquirer Coverage!

First, I think the Enquirer should be commended for their good coverage of football practice. There has been at least one article every day since practice started. Also, I wish to publicly thank Coach Kelly for contributing a daily diary entry to the Enquirer each day. These diary entries give us a unique insight into how practice is going. I couldn't agree more. Its one thing to hear the goings on from a staff reporter, but to actually get a recap of practices (which often times, esp. in the past, havent been reported on at all) from the man running the show and making the final decisions is incredible. Interesting (not necesarilly surprising though after seeing some of his HS games) to hear the praise of Collaros' mettle as a true freshman in this QB battle.

BK's daily diary, along with a good story each day??? Am I dreaming? Has Paul D. been smokin' something?? Congrats to the Enquirer for giving UC the coverage it has been deserving. This could be the year. I stick by my prediction that UC goes to the Gator Bowl!

This is good to hear that BK has been doing more things than any other previous UC coaches including Dantonio. It shows that he is really motivating to build up the UC football program. Go Bearcats! Go BK!

I agree. I think we need to let the Enquirer know that we appreciate the coverage. I know we were hard on them about the BE media day. In turn we need to affirm them for this good coverage.

I especially appreciate that they are giving space to BK.

The diaries are incredible for their insight to BK's coaching philosophy. It is interesting to learn his step in preparing them and to see how he motivates.

I sent him a glowing letter this morning commending the recent coverage. I felt this necessary as well since my letter about a month ago was pretty scathing, professional and informative, but scathing none the less.
