I just sent this to a Portland newspaper comment section, just to get under their skin:
"Welcome to Cincy!
I see it's about 72F in Portland this afternoon. It's 96 here and will be 96 again tomorrow. On game day, the Beavers will catch a break, because it will be only 90 (probably 85 at kickoff). Oh, and it's humid here.
Your guys will be sucking wind. It has been this hot all summer here, so for UC it will be just another day."
