Hey everyone that's part of Gilyard's Gang is section 131. I made a big sign that says Gilyard's Gang on the top and a picture of him underneath with a TD count on the side. REMEMBER bring a white t-shirt to wave around like a rally towel for the game against Marshall. We will plan big for the Louisville game! See me at the game about ideas or post any new ideas here! Has anyone else made any banners or signs for the game against Marshall?

I don't think you can steal We Are Marshall from them due to the circumstances around that, but something should work.

I think they want the white to stand out to show that it is Gilyards Gang, it would be hard to tell if they wore black like everybody else.

Marshall might have that sentimentally, but regardless that is what the student section cheers at the end of fourth quarter when we're winning at most every game I've been to... "We are (clap clap) U - C (clap clap)" maybe no "..." to be PC? hehe

Last I checked, "we are (fill in the blank)" is not registered to Marshall - movie or not.

Not saying it is classless or stealing and I really don't care about it, but it wouldn't be a big deal if it had been there before this game.

I agree with Bearcat Cafe... they ARE Marshall, and we ARE UC. Simple as that. The school that just got whipped by us IS Miami, the rival school down the road IS Louisville, so there shouldn't be much controversy regarding a little cheer.
