BCS computer rankings

Hey guys. Sorry to start a new thread if this is out-of-place, or has been discussed already. Please feel free to delete it or move it if this is the case. My question is; if Pitt beats ND but Loses to WV, does this affect our computer ranking? Obviously it will harm our human polls, but, we all know the humans will never vote us above the top three even if we would have beat WV 55-0 (they still call us BCS busters even though we're in a BCS conference!?!). In the computers, what is the difference between a win over WVU (if they beat Pitt), or over Pitt if they beat WVU? I truly do not know.

I was going to cancel my post because I just realized Pitt and us would both have one loss and if they win head to head (assuming that's the tie breaker) they will win the BE. But, I am still curious and if anyone knows and cares to resond, I would like to know how this would change computer rankings (for future thoughts).
