I know it is unlikely we get someone from USC but what about Texas Tech or USF? I havent looked heavily into it and will later but does anyone have any ideas if any schools commits would be re-opening and looking at us?

I just read that a CMU commit is now looking at UC. A 3 star dual threat QB..Cody Kater. Katers coach said Norhtwestern and UC have been very aggressive and Stanford and Colorado were now in contact. He then said that he might make a visit soon to UC.

On que, I went to the USF rivals site to see their commitment list and they have the #7 quarterback named Brion Carnes who is a dual threat QB that is a 4-star player.

They have an article saying he is reconsidering his commitment to USF. I have no reason to believe he is considering us but it seems like we might have some more people to recruit soon.

There are a lot of kids that will be evaluating their commitment. 2 kids from USF had UC offers, Boone from Texas Tech would have to rethink his commitment to Texas Tech since Tubberbville will most likley have a totally different team. Will the Michigan State problems have any fallout? If the Michigan OC gets the USF job will anyone from Michigan leave and follow him. What about CMU? Will the kid from Subenville be looked at?

So many scenarios, but not too much room here. I imagine if someone special came around then we would take him.

I doubt we have a shot at Carnes really. I think he's either going to stick with USF or go to Nebraska
