BCL is saying that Tony has committed as a prefered walk-on.

He had an offer from Ball State and from what I have heard is considered a pretty good kicker.

Not a very good or accurate FG kicker though.

I could have sworn I saw that Louisville offered him a scholarship, but I have not be able to find where I read it. I hope I am wrong about the player.
