I have made a decision to ignore the few on here that lie in wait to pounce with their negativity or who stir things constantly. I invite others to join me so we can have some constructive conversations about this program. I welcome differing views, but hope people want to debate the merit of this team, program and each game and not take every thread to the same negative place.

I like where the program is going. Especially if we land Marquis Teague. :)

I also like what Mick has accomplished in such a short time. I believe Teague will come to UC to play for Mick.

Not trying to do anything. I'm just inviting people on all threads, to drop the petty back and forth and discuss the team and program and leave the personal stuff behind. If it was taken for anything other than that I apologize. I want to talk U.C. basketball, team performance, and the program. I don't want p1ss1ing contests at every turn. We don't have to agree but let's be civil and have constructive talk. Not looking for talk here on this thread, just a call for something better across the board. I have no problem with it being locked.

Agreed. I've pretty much stopped reading the threads on the hoops board because they're completely unproductive and not entertaining to read.

There's not much more that can be said or argued about this program. It needs a signature upset win badly to bring them back into serious contention for the postseason. After that, it will need another one or two upsets before March. Very few will be happy with an NIT bid. It's NCAA or bust!

ncaa or bust...ok so you fire cronin now for what?, after next year we have 6 scholarships not counting nba exits or transfers. cut off all recruiting efforts for a year from now to hire a new guy trying to prove himself in the big east. a lost cause. but yeah you like cronin but hate him, your a walking contradiciton.
