Would be a pretty big get.

I believe at this point all of this is just pure speculation...most of the info in saying this came from some some Rivals chat boards, mainly Tennessee's. It would be a HUGE get, but at this point I don't think it is 100% accurate, but my fingers are crossed. What is funny is one of the guys from the TN board said that he signed with UCLA and taht was a done deal...just yesterday. So I believe it is like throwing darts in the dark and there is nothing factual.
With that said, keep the faith and hopefully Kenbrell will be a Bearcat! Imagine our WR's and TE's with Pead in the Backfield, Zach running and gunning. You can go 4 WR's with Pead in the back (Binns, Hazelton, Woods and maybe Thompkins. If not you have Bones, Howard and a plethora of other options...don't forget Ben G - TE and Adrian Robinson - TE, all of this assuming Dyuan Lewis redshirts). How awesome is our offense going to be!!!!!
Go Cats!!!!
UPDATE - It seems that this information came from Kenbrell's Facebook page (per Tennesee's message board)...I just visited it, viewed his wall, and there it says - It's Official, Kenbrell Thompkins is a Cincinnati Bearcat. It was posted up 13 hours ago.
It may be just one more day I can say I am proud to be a Bearcat...way to go Coach Jones!

Offers from Alabama, Florida, Tenn, and LSU.
Straight from SEC country? Would be our top recruit and a immediate impact. It is looking like these rumors ARE legit. Nothing 100 % though but many other school sites reporting it now.
Talk about threats EVERYWHERE! 3 pro recievers and Pead! Throw in Zach's ability to run and pass and oh god. Don't forget 3 returning O-lineman.
40 ppg??
Ha ok sorry but seriously that is downright unfair for our league.

He has been called a "one and done" talent from Lane Kiffen. He could be a 1st or 2nd round draft pick depending on who you ask.
This offense would be insanely good. I mean freakishly good.
You could argue we would have 3 of the top 15 recievers on one team.
Vidal Hazleton (PRO), Armon Binns (Top 3 rounds- PRO), Thompkins (PRO)
Not too mention DJ Woods, Marcus Barnett, Djywan Lewis (4 star), Jamar Howard (4 star) and others.

GreatOne...you are 110% right!!! This is almost unfair as far as our offense goes! We should be even better than last year, assuming Zach has the year we all hope and expect and the line can protect, run block and create oppotunities. That will be key...because we have the best of the best lining up outside. I would go so far in saying that we would have the best receiving core in the country if in fact Thompkins is a Bearcat and all of them stay healthy...hands down!
I am excited and ready for football to start now!!! If we can add another RB to this class (counting out walk-ons), and have Monte Taylor eligible from a defensive perspective...it should prove to be a very interesting and fun year!
Go Cats!!!

Keep the 10 win seasons going. I really hope this is all true. Our recievers will be extremely talented.

This offense is going to be scary good next year. As in Xbox Numbers scary good. If UC goes out and wins 10-12 games in the regular season and Zach stays healthy, he could legitimately be in the Heisman consideration. Think about, Tebow, McCoy, and Bradford are all gone. Pryor probably steps up in consideration, Ingram is of course back, and Kellen Moore from Boise. Pryor, Moore, and Ingram are probably the triumverate of preseason favorites, but if ZC puts up the numbers he should and we win 10-12 games, especially with a win against Oklahoma, ZC will get serious Heisman consideration.
Can't wait for next season to start, going to be another fun one.

Huge score for UC in getting this kid. On his highlight video, his moves remind me of Chad O!

Maybe Bones might reconsider that DB spot?? ;)

This receiving group is going to be amazing. I am wondering about Howard. He was considered a **** of a talent going into last year.

I think that Lewis will almost assuredly redshirt now? No sense wasting a year of eligibility when we have the upperclassmen that we have

With these WR's run 4 wide and just switch out 4 at a time. I can see the DB's tongues hanging out.
Perhaps we redshirt 1 or 2.
