The big question I: Will the Cats draw more Saturday than they did against NKU?
The big question II: Bellarmine?

It kills me every year having to pay for the November schedule because you just sit there watching some nobody team and waiting for December to arrive.

I. Yes. Wednesday night was Halloween. There were no kids at the game. (There also were very few students.) There won't be a large crowd, but more than the 2,000 or so who actually showed up for the NKU game.
II. Bellarmine is a D2 school in Louisville. They play in the same league as NKU (Great Lakes Valley Conference). It's common practice for D1 schools to play exhibitions against D2 schools. It's a lot better than playing some so-called foreign national team, which usually turned out to be a mediocre club squad. This year, though, Bellarmine isn't expected to do much. They were picked 7th and last in the GLVC East Division.

Did Belton play? I saw he was not listed in the box score. Did he not score? Is he injured?

Perfect, hardly. Undefeated, yes.
Better at WF and C. Similar at PF and PG. Really at SG, too. Better overall.

We got there mid-1st half (were at the Grail watching the end of the USF game), and I actually don't remember a single one. I could've missed it, but nothing memorable comes to mind.
Since I missed the 1st game, it was my first time seeing the newbies, and I was defintily struck by how thick Bishop and Mitchell are (along w/ Biggie and Adam). Definitly BEast ready bodies, which we sure lacked last year.

I heard there were only about 100 people there to start the game -- that it grew to about 6000 later. I hate to think how many will be there for WC.
Apparently the vets aren't looking too good so far, except Vaughn, which isn't a huge surprise, given their limitations. But they're going to have to step up -- can't win consistently in the BEAST with freshmen.

There were plenty of people there to start the game - I'd guess two to three thousand. They had the two video boards at either end of the arena with the football game on. The football game ended after a minute or two of the bball game.

I wouldn't call 2-3000 plenty, Mike, but I'm glad there were alot more than 100. I wonder what'll happen next Saturday, though, with the conflict being even worse (the fb game will probly run close to halftime). At least fans will be next door, but will they want to watch bb after sitting thru 4 plus hrs of fb?
