Sounds like people are falling on their sword over Nate Miles.

I'm so sick of the cheaters. It always seems so obvious who the cheaters are. You know the head coach is saying "Do whatever it takes to sign these guys, I just don't want to know how you are doing it so I can't be held responsible." The only way they get caught is if something like this where you have a player get in trouble or have an unhappy player blow the whistle.
For the most part I believe Mick and Huggs have been clean recuriters. I say most part because of the one year that Huggs had at K-State. However, I think it had to do with him having the previous year off.
They will get the occasional star player but for the most part they will get good players sprinkled in with a great player. Too many programs to go up against to get star players all of the time. I can see some programs getting a greater chunk like Duke, North Carolina and Kentucky. But please Kentucky is the most obvious choice for investigation. No way in the world that what he is doing is within the rules. Sorry no way.
Sorry had to rant about this to get it off my chest. All I want is a clean program that is good every year with the chance to be great every once in awhile. Please Mick, please come through.

The guy at Kentucky keeps skating by. I keep hoping that sooner or later it catches up with him. And, yes...I do know his name.
As far as Mick...if he's cheating, he sure isn't very good at it.

I'm friends with Nate Miles' extended family in Toledo. Met the guy this past spring. Biggest waste of talent to come out of that area in some time.

That's the nature of college sports today. There is every incentive to cheat or operate in the grey areas while there is little to no incentive no to.
There are very few people who are willing to be the integrity laden guy who gets fired because if couldn't beat the guys who don't play by the rules.

Of course. But when it comes to UConn, they seem to slide by all of the mess.
