Will professional walk-on Ryan Patzwald be Huggin's first recruit?

I don't remember him recruiting Ohio very well before. Why should he now?

I think that's a really good point. I'd think Mick would be more worried about recruiting against that guy up in C-bus myself. Unfortunatley he's recruited Ohio pretty weel so far....

You must be a recent fan and have forgotton the 90's. There was a thread related to this on the email forum just a few months ago. There were plenty of Logan's, Patterson's, Gregor's etc. who were pretty good recruits during that era.

Recent years with folks going to tOSU and elsewhere are of course different. We'll see which one comes true.

AD Graves was destined to be a Bearcat before Huggins left town.

Yes it was, but I don't follow it's relationship to the former point. This was also when Huggins was here and you mentioned you did not remember him recruiting Ohio well.

For the record, I think Mick will be fine in regards to recruiting and is an excellent coach. I was just picking on that one singular statement.

BTW, I have a very funny story regarding my wife and Celtic FC I'll PM you about some time. I presume from your avatar you are a big fan so you'll really appreciate it.

I guess the question becomes: did he recruit Ohio well (way, way back in the 90's) or did Mick?

It's hard to isolate Ohio because his recruiting slacked just a bit overall the last few years.

May 5 vs Rangers.

Huggins will now be recruiting to the Big East. He has more to offer to recruits than he did in his Conference USA days.
