Josue Matias explodes onto the scene
"Offensive lineman Josue Matias (Union City, N.J./Union) is now holding over 20 scholarship offers, according to the Spartanburg Herald-Journal.
Rutgers, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Michigan, Michigan State, Cincinnati, UConn, Wisconsin, South Florida, Louisville, Maryland, N.C. State, Pittsburgh, Purdue, Marshall, East Carolina and Temple are after Matias.
A few schools are showing him more attention, "(The Gamecocks) contact me a lot. So does Florida, Rutgers, and North Carolina. There are some others but I can't think of them right now."
The 6-foot-5, 290-pound prospect hopes to start checking out some schools, "I got to out there and see some of these places...I just don't know which schools I'm going to visit yet."
Additionally, Matias gave a timetable for his decision, "I think I'll commit in December. That seems like the right time because the season will be over."
He does not claim any favorites at this time."
