If he is happy playing at W. Carolina as opposed to Cincinnati in the Big East, bully for him. Call me crazy, but I would rather play on a below average rebuilding team in the premier conference in the country than W. Carolina.

I'd rather have a player that can score 18pts in a game on our team.

Whatever. He will be gone after this year and K. State will go back to being K. State.

We've been over this before, if Huggins was still at UC, the program would be in much different shape than it is now. Let's move on. Oscar Robertson is not walking through that door. Kenyon Martin is not walking through that door. Bobby Huggins is not walking through that door.

My thoughts were simply that it's nice to see him doing well in college.

Didn't mean to get snarky. It's just very frustrating watching this team after all those years under Huggins knowing that the program was demolished because of various egos. The "what ifs" will drive you nuts . . .

Anywho, if I offended you, was not my intent.

dont blame him for decommitting when bob was the guy recruiting him.. i think he mentioned andy b/c at the time andy was bob's recruiter and the day nick learned that bob was gone andy was announced interum.. nick liked andy b/c andy recruited him.. this is not the first time we heard this.. downey would of stayed if andy got the job.. yes ppl wanted to come play for bob but the players comments make me think that andy is a good recruiter in himself with out the name bob huggins on his side.. yes bobs name helped but apparently he builded good relationships with his recruits.. i know non of thi was your point in posting this and it is good to see nick doing well.. i also wanna agree with the point as to why he would commit to western carolina.. decommit here thats fine but whats his reason for going there... there has to be a reason!

Just a hint, there is a spell check in the top right corner of the text box. If you use it, it'd be much easier to read your posts and others may even take you seriously.
