Jared Terrell, a 2014 SG
Weymouth, MAHometown New Hampton School 6'3"—Height 185 lbsWeight —Overall Rank 33Position Rank Considering Boston College Eagles, Cincinnati Bearcats ESPN Player Evaluations Strengths: Terrell is a power guard with good athleticism and a strong body. He is as aggressive as he is powerful, getting after people on the defensive end and going hard to the rim offensively. He is a versatile defender who can make plays in full court pressure situations and also lock up opposing scorers in the half-court, bodying up with his upper body without fouling. Offensively, he is at his best in the open floor where he drives down hill to the rim but also has the first step to create his own shot in the half-court. His physical tools allow him to drive and finish through contact. Weaknesses: The two major questions about Terrell are his size for his position and the consistency of his jump shot. At the moment, he is an undersized two-guard who would need to develop not only his ball skills but also his basketball I.Q. and feel for the game in order to see any time at the point. He also must become more of a shooting threat from the perimeter as defenders are able to give him a big cushion because his drive is so predictable at the moment. Bottom Line: Best known as a physically mature straight line driver, Terrell showed some new elements to his game in July 2011. He established his pull-up as a weapon early and showed the confidence to continue utilizing it down the stretch of a tough game. He also slid over to the point and played with the ball in his hands on an exclusive basis. While still a scorer by nature, Terrell looked plenty comfortable running the show. Notes Travel Team: Expressions Elite...

We'll need both of them to replace outgoing players Kilpatrick and Jackson so hopefully Mick stays up on them.
