Highly-Touted Luc Joins Bearcat Family
According to Scout.com, this guy was the 2nd best linebacker recruit in the class of 2010. He received offers from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Tennessee, and USC before committing to Florida State.

Wow. Hard to imagine him not making an impact next season. He's going to have a great opportunity here.

Based on the quotes in Hoard's interview the guy seems like he has his head on right. He doesn't sound full of himself and gives the impression he'll be a good team player.
It's nice to see he played TE too. If he's allowed to spy the QB it is easy to see him snagging more than his share of INTs in 2013.
