Intro Video

Has anyone been to a game so far to see the intro video. how is it compared to last years. I never thought UC really had a great one although this would be my favorite. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2cy_k...eature=related

Thats by far my favorite intro video.

The basketball intro is very similar to the football intro from this year. I don't care for this years intro video as much as I liked last year's intro.

I'm assuming you meant last years. I'm inclined to agree, I think last years videos were a bit better.

is there a link on youtube or gobearcats to the video? I know usually there are. I havent made it to 5/3 yet as I am in NJ but I loved last year's All We Do is Win Intro. The HEart of Champion at end of warmups has been played for at least 5 years and is also awesome! Would love to see what this year's video(s) look like

Well if you loved those, no you would not love to see what this year's video looks like.

Heart of a Champion video is no longer played before the home games. I haven't seen it played at any of the home games so far this year.

I think this year's video is good, but I like hearing the TV calls and not having "Cat Scratch Fever" and the other song (I forget) playing during it.

It is really awkward, however, how they introduce the visiting team, then there is this really long intro video and the players all stand around watching until they finally announce the UC guys.

My all-time favorite intro video was the one they used from around 2000-2004 or so. That one always seemed to get the crowed pumped up heading into the tipoff.

Was that the one that finished with Mel on the home run play versus Duke in Alaska?

Exactly! I used to always enjoy watching the visiting team players sneaking a glimpse up at the scoreboard intro video while their coach was talking to them in the huddle after the visiting team's lineup had already been introduced!

Good video, thanks for posting. Didn't like the music all that well but he highlights brought back some great memories.
