Default UC trying to improve schedule

Great in-depth look at UC's efforts to build a better schedule in the Enquirer

Unfortunately, as with football, a lot of the problem is lack of money

He mentions UC's non conference schedule...I guess he's giving us props?

Like Rothstein a lot, but "beyond brutal" seems a bit much. Play at Marshall, who I expect will be competitive; host a young Xavier team; play Iowa State who I would expect to be solid but not certain how good (I think their top player declared); might play UNLV but not for sure (in light of Bennett's signing, that would be a fun one); and they host an SEC team -- and it won't think it will be UK.

Either way, getting two or three BCS teams, plus two solid non-power 6 teams is fine with me. Hopefully we can get a few more top 200s and a few less sub-300s.

If the SEC isn't UK then I`m sorry but it will be a below average OOC schedule.
