2.) Hover over Lance's name and click the Podcast link
3.) Scroll down to the section labeled more, and find the link labeled "Butch Jones" 7/10/12 Hour 3

You can tell why he's such a great recruiter. Listening to him for 40 minutes makes me want to put on a helmet and hit somebody.
