Default Football Season Ticket sales

Anybody have any sources that could reveal where UC is on its sale of Season Tickets for 2012-13. Just curious if we are behind or ahead of previous years or if we will actually sell-out for the year, that would be phenomenal.

Spoke to a member of the ticket office awhile back....

Renewals were VERY slightly down a month or two ago. But he went onto say that many ticket holders are very nonchalant and take their time renewing.

But said that season ticket inquiries and new season ticket holders were up from last year. This was pretty much a given the accomplishments of last season, graduation of more football generation students, and you know, an actual AD who actually does his job.

All told there are about 23-24,000 season tickets available in Nippert. Students occupy over 5,000 each game, and visiting tickets and player tickets occupy the remaining 5 or 6,000 remaining tickets.

My guesstimate is we land somewhere around 15-16 season ticket holders seeing we were down to 12 last year.

UC just released the single-game and mini-plan ticket pricing. It doesn't matter if it's Pitt or Fordham, the price is the same per game.

They need to proof that flyer before they send it out. The Louisville and USF games are Friday games, not Saturday as indicated.

I'm sure they'll have additional ticket deals as the season draws closer. Nobody is going to pay those single game prices to see Delaware State or Fordham.
