For those of you who don't know what this award is (because I didn't until I read the article), it goes to the top receiver in the country. How awesome is this? Gilyard as one of 10 finalists for this award so far, with the top 3 finalists being announced in November. This is already really great recognition that he of them deserve, and the possibility that he could win is really exciting. Last edited by mosucrc : 10-27-2009 at 02:50 AM. Reason: Stupidity |

BTW, the Fred Biletnikoff Award has been around since 1994 named for the former FSU and Oakland Raider WR. Crabtree won it the last two years. It would be quite an honor for Mardy to win this. All award winners, but one have played in the NFL. All were drafted.
