This is correct. The Cavs game is being aired on Fox Sports Ohio so turn to channel 99 if you are Time Warner. Here is the article that tells you what the channels are for other cable\satellite providers.

UC gets bounced by the NHL or NBA three times: Toledo at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday; Rutgers Jan. 2; and Cal State Bakersfield Jan. 6. And on Feb. 24, the Xavier-St. Louis game bumps UC-DePaul to an alternative channel, FSO announced Thursday.

Don't know if this has been mentioned yet but Insight Cable customers here in KY can watch the game on channel 6

is there even audio on the internet anywhere? 700 isn't streaming it.
